  24.       tax cut strategy since each individual's financial picture or status
  25.       is different than another's.  What I am giving you,  are general tax
  26.       tips  that the average tax payer  can use for his or her's financial
  27.       advantage.

  29.       Some of these tips  may be  apparent to you,  some may not. But,  if
  30.       just one tip  saves you money, well,  that's what this  book is  all
  31.       about. Think of this information as an investment.

  33.       These tax tips  are based on the major tax reform bills  that passed
  34.       into law in October of 1986 and December of 1987.

  36.       However,  since tax laws have a habit of changing from time to time,
  37.       you should make sure that any tips that may apply to you,  are still
  38.       valid for your purposes.

  40.       If you are not sure or if you have a complicated tax structure, then
  41.       you should consult with a tax adviser.
